Topic: GDPR and business framework: data protection into the contacts

​PhD. Mirela-Carmen Dobrilă graduated from the Faculty of Law, Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași, Romania and has a master’s degree in law and a PhD in law. Currently, she is lecturer and her research interest area and teaching are in the following subjects: Civil Law-Main Contracts and Civil Law-Successions and Donations (since 2005), European Business Law, Special Issues regarding Civil Contracts.
Regarding the interest in the protection of personal data – GDPR, she is a data protection officer. She is an authorized trainer at INPPA Iași (The National Institute for Lawyer Training, as a member of the Corps of Continuing Education Associate Trainers, as a trainer in Civil Law). She is an arbitrator in the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Iași and a member of the Board of Directors. She is a trainer for the professional training programs organized within the INA- National Institute of Administration in Romania. She was a substitute member in the commission for resolving appeals to the written test for the promotion competition for the position of judge at the High Court of Cassation and Justice and was a member of the examination commissions for the exams organized for becoming a notary on probation.
As an academic activity, she participated with scientific communications at more than 100 national and international conferences and published more than 90 scientific articles in scientific journals and conference volumes; she has published several books on law (for example, New Civil Code. Commentary on articles, co-author; Property Transfer Contracts. Manual for course and seminar, co-author). She is a member of scientific committees of some national and international journals and conferences. She participated in numerous projects within the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași, organized to support and guide students and to prevent students from abandoning university studies. She showed her interest in participating in European projects within the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași, as an expert or a lecturer or a tutor.
